For trans men on hormones, it is possible to reestablish ovulation, but the timing varies. Trans men also need to be aware of the psychological as well as the physiological considerations during this process. And yet, achieving pregnancy and chest feeding are becoming more common. Another option to consider is having a cis woman become pregnant using the eggs of a trans man. For trans women on hormones, the biological options are more limited, so sperm freezing before transitioning is recommended.
